Had the opportunity to help another nurse with her and her fiancé’s first home! Pretty neat story. Their home came on the market while they were on a cruise. I went and did a video the weekend it was listed. They took the risk of submitting an offer while still on the ship based on this video. The home had multiple offers but they didn’t give up.
